Senior Technical Program Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead program operations and strategic initiatives in a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers to ensure alignment with organizational standards

Oversee daily program operations and lead one or more strategic initiatives

Partner with engineering teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact programs

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in program or project management within large organizations

Must be eligible to work in the United States and maintain an Active U.S. status

Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies

Familiarity with automation, AI, Generative AI, and emerging technologies is a plus

Bachelor's degree required; PMP or similar certification preferred
