As a Digital Copywriter with a keen fashion sense, you will develop high-impact, performance-driven copy across all digital platforms.

You will spearhead the copywriting process, adeptly balancing strategy and execution, and enhancing productivity with AI tools.

Job Description

This role focuses on creating persuasive, conversion-oriented copy for Wantable and its associated brands. You will generate compelling paid ad copy and optimize landing pages focused on direct response, driving customer actions through clear, innovative communication of our value propositions.

Your work will directly influence customer conversions by employing rapid, data-backed iterations and exploring new creative concepts.

This person will be successful if they can give and take creative feedback and constructive criticism. They are naturally curious and passionate about the brand and creating messaging that is relevant and fits the context of the customer’s journey and interests.

A successful hire will be hungry to learn SEO best practices, versed in product conversion principles and direct response, experienced in writing product content geared for growth, and will have the ability to achieve this while maintaining the brand voice and natural communication across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• PRIMARY :
• Direct Response Copywriting : Write engaging marketing copy that inspires action, supports storytelling, and meets marketing objectives.

Employ A / B testing to refine ad effectiveness and inspire desire for Wantable products.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) : Design landing pages that follow CRO best practices, enhancing brand alignment and customer conversion rates.

Utilize data to continually refine and optimize copy across all channels.

• Digital Advertising on Paid Social : Craft high-performing ad copy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Leverage trends and platform-specific best practices to elevate campaign performance and meet ambitious CTR goals.
• Collaboration and Feedback : Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brief objectives and uphold brand standards across all communications.
• Process and Quality Control : Develop and maintain efficient workflows and quality checks to ensure all content is on-brand, proofed, and optimized for performance.
• SECONDARY :
• Translate brand voice to drive clear messaging for philanthropy and brand initiatives.
• Manage content requests across departments, ensuring all outputs align with strategic goals.

Top Expected Outcomes for this position :

• Achieve a click-through rate (CTR) on ads averaging above 0.7%.
• Conceptualize and direct landing page enhancements that increase site conversion rates to above 2%.

Requirements

• Proven ability in writing concise, engaging content that resonates with audiences and drives conversions.
• Active engagement with social media platforms, with a knack for adopting relevant trends into brand-appropriate content.
• Data-driven and results-oriented approach, with a robust curiosity and analytical skill set to gauge and elevate content performance.
• High efficiency and productivity with minimal wasted effort, maintaining high output across multiple projects.
• Must be active on social platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Must be familiar with what’s trending and have the ability to conceptualize how that might apply to Wantable and be relevant to how our customers experience our brand.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, plus a portfolio showcasing relevant writing samples.
• Must provide a portfolio with relevant writing samples for consideration.
