Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee subsidiary accounting and compliance in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Orchestrate external providers for subsidiary accounting, statutory reporting, and audits

Lead tax and regulatory compliance with partners and manage intercompany activity

Run a timely, accurate GAAP close and deliver financial analysis and insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required); CPA and 2+ years public accounting preferred

Approximately 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally in SaaS and global operations

Strong command of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting

Proficiency with ERP / FRx tools (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills

Experience in coaching teammates on technical topics and managing special projects
