Part-Time LPN Wanted!

Farmstead Living in Moorhead, MN is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated LPN to join our team on a part-time basis. As an LPN at Farmstead Living, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our residents, their families, and our team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

EOW 11 : 00am- 7 : 30pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being
• Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions
• Document resident care accurately and timely
• Communicate and follow up on physician orders

What We're Looking For :
