Structural Engineer - Advanced Energy & Technology Projects

Overview

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support new construction, process design, and ongoing operations at a state-of-the-art facility in the advanced energy and medical technology sector. As part of a small, highly skilled engineering team, you will collaborate across disciplines to deliver innovative solutions with impact in medicine, energy, and beyond. This role is based in Wisconsin; hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered for qualified U.S.-based candidates. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings or on-site project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams and vendors to ensure civil / structural requirements are effectively implemented.
• Troubleshoot designs, resolve fabrication and field issues, and provide formal design resolutions.
• Design structural steel, foundations, anchorage, platforms, supports, and other facility structures.
• Perform structural analysis for static and dynamic loads, including seismic, wind, tornado, and impact loading.
• Review and evaluate vendor deliverables, drawings, and analyses for compliance with project requirements.
• Develop design specifications and support vendor evaluation for civil / structural design and construction.
