Job Title : Commercial Construction Project Manager
Job Overview : As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints while meeting quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources required.
Prepare and maintain project budgets and track expenses.
Develop and maintain project schedules.
Implement quality control programs to ensure workmanship meets standards and specifications.
Lead project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and internal staff.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.
