Shift : 08 : 00 - 16 : 30

Duration : 13 weeks

RN Case Manager - 40hrs Days
Shift : 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm Monday through Friday & every 6th weekend. 1. Unit Name : Case Management - RN Case Manager. 2. Brief Unit Description : Coverage for inpatient medical / surgical patients. 3. Years of Experience Required : 10+ years. 4. Skill Sets Required : Case Management, Utilization Management, and Discharge Planning. 5. Clinician to Patient Ratio : 1 : 15. 6. Patient Population : Adult. 7. Bed Count : 200. 8. EMR (Charting System) : EPIC. 9. Floating Required : Yes. 10. Rotating Shifts Required : No. 11. Certifications Required : Active Massachusetts RN License. BLS & ACLS. Certified Case Manager preferred. 12. Additional Information : Weekend commitment - every 6th weekend.
