Opportunity : Internal Medicine / Family Medicine Physician- Geriatrics

• Full-time permanent position
• 2 ½ days providing care at the Multispecialty Clinic and 2 days providing nursing home care
• Geriatric fellowship training- Preferred
• Board Certified / Eligible- Required
• EMR- EPIC
