Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses and income.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable efficiently.
- Perform thorough bank reconciliations to ensure alignment of financial data.
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage and organize financial information.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records promptly.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and security of financial data.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other bookkeeping software.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and practices.
