Responsibilities
- Develop capabilities of the GMS Global Engagement Management Central Team, focusing on global coordination and billing, and assist in implementing the global practice\'s growth strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a seamless experience in global engagement management coordination
- Oversee and provide training to team members on processes and skills related to centralized global engagement management
- Conduct research and provide initial recommendations for solving significant practice-related issues
- Contribute significantly to KDN Tax & Legal projects and strategic initiatives related to core business activities
- Participate in various internal quality assurance and monitoring programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams on key projects
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications
Minimum ten years recent experience in a Global Mobility Services role, ideally coordinating / managing global engagements led from the USBachelor's degree in a pertinent business discipline from an accredited college or universityNational tax qualification, CPA, Enrolled Agent, or equivalent certificationProven experience in collaborating with other service groups or businesses; exceptional stakeholder and people management skills with the ability to lead and manage small teamsCreative problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions to complex issues; adaptable to various work environments and locations; capable of operating in a fast-paced and highly complex multinational settingDemonstrates professional skepticism and consistently seeks to understand and potentially leverage the root cause of current developmentsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunityBenefits and Compliance
