Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities of the GMS Global Engagement Management Central Team, focusing on global coordination and billing, and assist in implementing the global practice\'s growth strategies
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a seamless experience in global engagement management coordination
• Oversee and provide training to team members on processes and skills related to centralized global engagement management
• Conduct research and provide initial recommendations for solving significant practice-related issues
• Contribute significantly to KDN Tax & Legal projects and strategic initiatives related to core business activities
• Participate in various internal quality assurance and monitoring programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams on key projects
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
