What You'll Be Doing :
Running the day-to-day operations of our vibrant, guest-focused hotel.
Leading and inspiring front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams.
Creating WOW moments for guests-and coaching your team to do the same.
Monitoring budgets, schedules, and service levels like the pro you are.
Solving problems before they become Yelp reviews.
Reporting to the General Manager, collaborating on strategy and improvements.
You'll Thrive If You :
Have 3+ years in hotel operations or hospitality management.
Know how to lead teams with heart and hustle.
Can multitask like an air traffic controller on a caffeine kick.
Are fluent in systems like PMS, POS, and "people."
Keep your cool when it's 4PM, 90% occupancy, and 4 VIP check-ins just arrived.
