B2B Sales Manager Luxury Bath, Plumbing & Durable Goods
A fast-growing leader in luxury bath fixtures and durable goods is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to expand our footprint across retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and public-sector channels.
Responsibilities :
- Drive new business using your established industry network.
- Manage and grow accounts with retailers, showrooms, distributors, and online platforms.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and program terms.
- Submit bid proposals for hospitality, healthcare, and public-sector projects.
- Represent the brand at tradeshows, client meetings, and industry events.
Requirements :
5+ years of B2B sales experience in bath, plumbing, or durable goods.Proven success selling walk-in tubs, whirlpool tubs, faucets, vanities, or similar products.Strong network with retailers, showrooms, and distributors (e.g., Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Ferguson).Experience in hospitality or government sales and public bid processes.Proficiency with CRM / ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).Experience with eCommerce and omnichannel B2B sales.Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Compensation : Base salary + commission on new accounts.
