Job description

B2B Sales Manager Luxury Bath, Plumbing & Durable Goods

A fast-growing leader in luxury bath fixtures and durable goods is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to expand our footprint across retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and public-sector channels.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business using your established industry network.
  • Manage and grow accounts with retailers, showrooms, distributors, and online platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, promotions, and program terms.
  • Submit bid proposals for hospitality, healthcare, and public-sector projects.
  • Represent the brand at tradeshows, client meetings, and industry events.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in bath, plumbing, or durable goods.
  • Proven success selling walk-in tubs, whirlpool tubs, faucets, vanities, or similar products.
  • Strong network with retailers, showrooms, and distributors (e.g., Home Depot, Lowes, Wayfair, Ferguson).
  • Experience in hospitality or government sales and public bid processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM / ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).
  • Experience with eCommerce and omnichannel B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Compensation : Base salary + commission on new accounts. Opportunity to grow earnings through performance and business development.
