Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Front Office Clerk to join our Atlanta office. This role is essential in supporting daily operations, maintaining smooth front desk functions, and providing excellent service to visitors and internal staff.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, filing, and record-keeping
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist management and team members with special projects when needed

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional office or administrative training a plus
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or clerical role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
