PURPOSE / GOALS :
To serve and protect our community, clients and their guestsPrevent and deter criminal activityIdentify vulnerabilities and minimize loss to clients and their guestsProvide exceptional customer service to all those we serveHelp to maintain a safe and secure environmentRespond to emergencies and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of everyone on the premisesJOB OVERVIEW :
Using the company vehicle, ensure multiple client sites are secured, free of trespassing, criminal activity, and disturbancesAccomplish specific assignments and patrol tours, by understanding and complying with detailed verbal and written instructionsComplete a comprehensive report for each job site outlining brief details of patrol stopPerform back up assistance as needed at another job siteExercise reasonable care and attention when handling organizational assets to prevent loss or damageREQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma / GEDAt least 21 years old at time of hireHave and maintain a Washington Driver's LicenseMaintain quality performance, attendance, and a professional appearanceObtain and maintain your personal Liability InsuranceGood driving record; no serious infractions in the past 5 years, have had drivers license for minimum 3 yearsBackground checkDrug testing upon hireSecurity Guard ExperienceCustomer Service ExperienceUtilize personal smartphone to complete electronic processesComply with the confidentiality policy as it relates to the release or disclosure of organizational informationMaintain a current Guard CardSKILLS AND ABILITIES :
