Responsibilities :

• Patient Support : Greet and check in Veterans, manage appointments, and handle all incoming and outgoing communication.
• Clinical Duties : Perform back-office clinical tasks, including phlebotomy , PFTs , ABIs , and EKGs .
• Administrative Tasks : Handle clerical support, maintain records, manage office supplies, and ensure compliance with all clinic procedures.
