Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students within a dynamic educational setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This contract role involves working closely with children aged 3 to 12 years, delivering specialized speech and language interventions designed to enhance communication skills and academic success.

Location : Littleton, NC

Duration : Contract for the 2025-2026 school year

Hours : 37.5 hours per week

Caseload : Approximately 45 students

Age Group : Early childhood through elementary (ages 3-12)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify student needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals within the educational curriculum.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports to monitor student improvement and compliance with school policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support school initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes.

Desired Qualifications / Experience :

  • Valid and current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with young children in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a moderate caseload while maintaining high-quality care.
