Grill Cook

Fargo Country Club is seeking a talented and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team, specializing in the grill station. This full-time position plays a key role in delivering high-quality, consistent food to our members and guests in a fast-paced, professional kitchen. Responsibilities :

• Prepare and execute all grilled items to standard specifications, including sauces, steaks, chops, seafood, and vegetables.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the grill station during prep, service, and breakdown.
• Ensure food is prepared to club standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating product.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper food handling, labeling, and storage.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management to ensure smooth service.
