REQUIRED :

2 years specialty experience

Previous Travel experience

BLS, ACLS, NRP Advanced, Advanced Fetal Monitoring or Relais Fetal Monitoring.

Oregon State License or proof of OR State License application / fingerprints required with submission.

EPIC experience

MFTI Cert Preferred

MUST HAVE APPLIED FOR OR RN LIC
