Family Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in family medicine, with the ability to provide comprehensive care across all age groups. As an FNP, you will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patient health issues while promoting wellness and preventive care.

• Duties
• Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients of all ages.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including medical imaging, to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Requirements
• Unrestricted Oregon NP License
• Unrestricted DEA License
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Pay : $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
