Director of Rehabilitation Services (Hiring Immediately)

We are seeking an experienced

• Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)
• to lead our therapy team in a
• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• setting. This role is ideal for a dynamic and results-driven leader with a strong background in
• long-term care (LTC) and SNF rehabilitation
• Key Responsibilities :
• ? Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA).
• ? Oversee and ensure compliance with
• PDPM processes
• ? Develop and enhance
• rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients
• ? Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• ? Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics.
• ? Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Qualifications :
• ? Licensed
• PT, OT, ST, PTA, or COTA
• in the state of Missouri.
• ? Minimum
• 2 years of experience
• in a leadership role within a
• SNF / LTC rehab setting
• ? Strong knowledge of
• PDPM and reimbursement models
• ? Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills.
• ? Proven ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs.
