Position Summary

The Senior Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and services supporting the organization's operating systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, they will architect solutions that ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Their work will include automating infrastructure management, driving operational excellence, and enabling business agility through cutting-edge cloud solutions. This role demands a balance of strategic planning, hands-on engineering, and effective incident management to maintain high availability and business continuity.

Other responsibilities may include (but not limited to)

Infrastructure Architecture & Operation :

• Design and maintain secure, scalable cloud and on-premise (VMWare, OpenShift) infrastructures
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify platform requirements and architect resilient solutions across cloud environments
• Implement security controls aligned with industry standards (e.g., NIST, CIS, HIPAA)
• Oversee the implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible to ensure consistent infrastructure deployments

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$44.57 - $98.05

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
