Responsibilities
- Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
- Troubleshoot and support major computer networks. Perform system backups and recovery.
- Coordinate and assign work projects such as converting new computer hardware or software.
- Install and troubleshoot networking equipment.
- Arrange service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products.
- Evaluate expanding or enhanced computer operations; make recommendations for improvement and upgrades to hardware and software to manage workload and system requirements.
- Provide technical support by identifying, investigating, and resolving users problems with computer software and hardware.
- Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems. Also responsible for documentation for system maintenance and development.
- Document solutions to problems and recommend changes to system configurations to prevent recurrences.
- Provide feedback on problematic trends and patterns in technical support.
- Install software and software updates; resolve hardware and software problems, contact equipment and service vendors where needed; perform basic PC setup and installation.
- Collaborate with other team members to research and resolve problems.
- Maintain and manage company confidentiality and security of information systems.

Associates degree in information technology, or related field.3-5 years of experience in customer technical support role required.Experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Portal, Entra, Intune and mobile device management required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent understanding of computer hardware and software systems.Excellent time management skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Ability to explain technical issues to team members and customers.Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
