Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Dallas Fort Worth area to represent our employee-owned company in the fieldbuilding relationships, promoting air filtration products, and driving revenue growth. This role combines face-to-face customer engagement with product expertise, pricing accuracy, and vendor coordination, all supported by Oracle ERP tools and a culture of shared success. Professionalism, experience in B2B sales, and the ability to handle multiple priorities are required.
Schedule : Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
Pay : $70,000 base + commission + phenomenal benefits including medical insurance for you and your family, completely paid by the company!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Territory Development
- Travel to customer sites to present products and solutions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate filtration products
Sales & Quoting
Prepare and deliver accurate quotes using Oracle ERPMaintain and update list pricing and customer-specific pricing agreementsNegotiate terms and close sales with professionalism and integrityOrder & Vendor Coordination
Place orders for required products with vendorsincluding Glasfloss IndustriesTrack vendor order status and communicate delivery timelines to customersCollaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure fulfillmentERP System Support (Oracle)
Enter and manage customer orders, pricing, and vendor transactionsGenerate reports and assist with territory performance trackingIdentify and escalate system issues or pricing discrepanciesOwnership Culture Engagement
Participate in ESOP education and employee-owner meetingsUphold company values in all customers and team interactionsContribute ideas for process improvement and shared successQualifications
25 years of outside sales experience in a product-based or distribution environmentExperience with Oracle ERP systems (Order Management, Pricing, or Procurement modules)Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM toolsValid driver's license and willingness to travel within assignedThis is a drug free workplace.
