Job descriptionHigh School Diploma Technical School graduate a plus. Possess basic reading, writing and math skills (addition and subtraction). Have strong verbal communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Demonstrate a steady hand and excellent hand-eye coordination for working with small components. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality. Show a willingness to learn and adapt in a team environment. This is a fully on-site role
Job Description
- Handling and processing of quartz crystal resonators through various production sequences in a cleanroom environment.
- Use tweezers to carefully handle and assembly small parts under a microscope.
- Load completed parts onto trays with precision, ensuring no parts are dropped or damaged.
- Follow standard operating procedure (SOP) documents to maintain consistently and quality in all tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
