Sr. Full Stack Java Developer

Position Overview

Delta Dental is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our Application Development team. The ideal candidate will have 8 10 years of experience in full stack development and a proven ability to deliver robust, scalable web applications. This role requires a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and communication skills. We're looking for a forward-thinking, solution-oriented developer who can collaborate across teams to drive high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java, Spring Framework, Angular, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Optimize application performance through JVM profiling and efficient coding practices.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and application security.
• Work with relational databases and write complex SQL and PL / SQL queries.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the application stack.
