Preferred Certifications :

• ITIL Foundations certification desirable

Required Skills :

• Extensive knowledge of and experience with data and network monitoring technology (3 Years)
• Network expertise required to specify business requirements for current and future network services (3 Years)
• Networking incident management (3 Years)
• Responsible for responding to and resolving customer escalations (3 Years)
• Experience with commercial broadband circuits (i.e. Comcast, etc.) (3 Years)
• Experience deploying and managing broadband circuits and wireless phone solutions
• Experience with Thousand Eyes network monitoring tool

Desired Skills :

• Experience working in a state government / agency (3 Years)
• Cloud networking experience (3 Years)

Enterprise Architect to provide data networking solutions and oversight in regard to legacy telco services such as broadband internet circuits, cloud networking, wireless mobile service, etc.

Enterprise Architect Responsibilities :

• Ability to assist with the Data Networking services lifecycle from strategic planning to operations and financials, from a broadband circuit perspective.
• Wireless mobile phone and Data Networking expertise required to specify business requirements for current & future services.
• Ability to perform Voice and Data Networking technology and operational assessments to manage the legacy portfolio / tech debt to create future roadmaps.
• Experience with wireless Intune MDM for configuration of wireless settings for devices
• Experience in managing general technology incidents and leading them to resolution.
• Understands best practices in service management including contract and vendor management in an outsourcing or shared service
• Responsible for responding to and resolving customer / agency escalations
