Position Summary
Are you a dynamic leader with management experience and a passion for coaching and inspiring teams Our Shift Lead provides hands-on experience in every aspect of car wash operations.
As you progress through training youll gain increasing responsibility ultimately mastering day-to-day operations and becoming accountable for the overall success and profitability of a Super Star Car Wash location. This is your chance to build a career where growth leadership and innovation take center stage!
Through this program you will :
- Gain real-world leadership experience
- Gain in-depth knowledge of operations customer service and team management
- Cultivate the skills necessary to lead and manage high-performing teams
