Universal Service Representative

REPORTS TO : Director of Sales and Branch Operations

SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE :

This position will perform a broad variety of member service functions with accuracy and in a timely manner, to include teller and lending transactions. These functions may include, but are not limited to, cash handling, account maintenance, opening new accounts, offering ancillary products on loans and operating an ITM (Interactive Teller Machine). This position will be based in a central location and will occasionally rotate to assist in surrounding branch locations as needed.

ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) :

When operating the ITM, the Member Relationship Specialist is responsible for the day to day operations of the ITM up to and including the basic role of teller with some exceptions and differences. Not all teller duties are functional at the ITM. This job duty is based on video interaction, which requires being comfortable, professional and friendly on camera with customers. Position Type / Expected Hours of Work :

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. and occasional Saturdays. Hours are subject to change without notice.
