Starting at $18 h + commensurate with experience.
Job Function
The IT Service Technician provides client support throughout the district for all break-fix requests. In this position, the individual must appropriately apply good customer service skills while productively fulfilling their job duties as assigned by the IT Service Manager. The IT Service Technician will ensure that all requests are appropriately handled and that the clients are properly informed throughout the life of their request.
