YOUR LIFE AS A ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT COORDINATOR

The office is open Monday - Friday , rotating between locations. Individual schedule may vary.

In this essential position, we rely on you to promote practice growth while helping create an office atmosphere that is positive and welcoming! Much of your time is spent educating and starting new patients into our practice, providing exceptional customer service, presenting and explaining treatment plans, and answering any questions that may arise. Further, you make sure communication is clear and streamlined by taking phone calls, responding to text messages, and sending emails promptly. When patient financials are being discussed, you are transparent and empathetic as you set up effective payment plans and contracts. You also maintain clear and accurate communication with the patient's other dental providers and medical doctors.

In addition to maintaining successful patient and office operations, you also tap into your leadership skills to help lead the charge for our team! You facilitate morning and evening huddles to motivate others, and you work hard to foster positive working relationships with coworkers and patients to ensure trusting patient / doctor relationships. Further, you are organized and keep orderly records, run reports, and follow up with patients or other health professionals to keep our office on track. You also travel to other offices to build relationships and market our treatments. At the end of the day, you are proud of the role you play on our team and enjoy seeing your hard work pay off in successful office operations!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent
• Functional computer skills
• Spanish speaking is a plus
