Housekeeping Supervisor Responsibilities :

Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and / or improve the work environment.

Management duties including, but not limited to, hiring, training and developing, coaching and counseling, and terminating department staff as deemed necessary.

Supervise the overall hous e keeping operation s of facility .

Order and requisition supplies and equipment, as needed, within budgetary guidelines.

Know and follow establish ed policies and procedures of the hous e keeping department.

Keep required records and submit them to the Administrator when required .

Cooperate with and support other department supervisors and employees.
