Medical Director (Part-Time)

Overview

Medical Director (Part-Time) at Modern Health. This role is part of the Clinical Strategy & Research team and involves clinical oversight of psychiatry and medication management across our digital mental health platform.

What You'll Do

• Clinical Oversight & Regulatory Compliance : Maintain accountability for the quality and safety of psychiatry and medication management services; provide guidance on clinical protocols and best practices for digital delivery.
• Clinical leadership and escalation : Act as the escalation point for high risk or complex cases.
• Credentialing & Performance : Provide clinical input for credentialing, recredentialing, and performance reviews for the psychiatry and medication management network.
• Policy & Compliance : Advise on policies to support regulatory compliance in psychiatric care, telehealth, and medication management; review and advise on incident management including peer review and continuous quality improvement.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate to maintain evidence-based standards and safety policies across care modalities.
• Commercial & Customer Engagement : Partner with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to represent clinical excellence in client-facing activities; deliver presentations and responses translating clinical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Thought Leadership : Act as a clinical spokesperson at external forums, conferences, and customer workshops.
• Cross-functional Strategy : Inform product innovation, service design, and market positioning with clinical insights; share field feedback with clinical, product, and research teams.
• Industry Leadership & Process Development : Develop scalable processes for psychiatric service delivery; stay informed on trends, regulation, and evidence in digital mental health and telemedicine.
• Role Impact : Contribute to Modern Health’s reputation and support an adaptive care model serving a full spectrum of member needs.

Who You Are

Compensation & Employment Details

Part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week).

Pay Range : $115,000—$125,000 USD (range may vary by location and other factors). Full-time employees are eligible for equity and benefits.

Note : Some ranges may reflect On Target Earnings (OTE) with base pay and commissions at 100% achievement of targets.
