CPA Licensed Senior Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage accounting and reporting activities in a fast-growing public biotech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Complete monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for accurate reporting and ledger maintenance

Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley activities, including system documentation updates and control testing

Support the implementation of accounting systems, policies, and procedures, and assist with audit requests

Required Qualifications

CPA or CMA license preferred

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent

At least 5 years of related experience, with 1-2 years in the biotechnology or life science industry

Working knowledge of all aspects of accounting and financial reporting

Experience in a fast-paced, small company environment
