Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to assist a client of ours in the Glenmont, NY area. These positions would take place on site. This position is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and also has upward career mobility. Also, this position would look to interview and start right away.

Qualifications :

• Previous recent call center or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
• Strong computer skills
• Time management skills
• Strong communications ability (both written and verbal)

Job Description :

Hours : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Monday-Thursday, 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm Friday

Pay : $19-20.50 / hr. (based off of experience)

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
