As a Senior Financial Analyst within the Government Programs team, you will be responsible for managing 2-3 cost reports, including preparation and review of MAC adjustments. You will assist leadership by researching reimbursement scenarios, calculating impacts, and supporting settlement entries through the completion of models 3-4 times annually. Additionally, you will handle Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys, contributing to compliance and reimbursement strategies. Prepare and review 2-3 hospital cost reports, including MAC adjustments. Assist in analyzing reimbursement needs for leadership by researching topics and modeling various scenarios. Complete models 3-4 times annually to support settlement calculations and entries. Complete Medicaid DSH Eligibility and HSL surveys accurately and timely. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursement processes. Provide analysis and insights to support strategic financial decisions.
