An experienced and board-certified Pediatrician is sought to join the new Providence Reed's Crossing Health Center in Hillsboro, Oregon, focusing on establishing a pediatric team within a collaborative, patient-centered care model. This full-scope outpatient role includes well-baby care and offers a range of support services, alongside opportunities for quality incentives and relocation assistance. Located in a community designed for family connections and outdoor activities, this position is part of a nationally recognized healthcare organization dedicated to compassionate care.

Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking an experienced and board-certified Pediatrician to join the new Providence Reed's Crossing Health Center in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish the foundation of new pediatric team within our Family Medicine clinic, in collaboration with the clinic medical director and with additional support from local pediatric leadership. This is a collaborative, value-based, and patient-centered model managed by a team of physicians, advanced practice providers, behavioral health providers, clinical pharmacist, case management, plus outstanding operational support. Additionally, Providence Women's Clinic & Mother / Baby lactation services are located just down the hall, allowing for steady referrals and easy collaboration. Join Providence Reed's Crossing, located about 15 miles West of downtown Portland, in Hillsboro's newest community development. Constructed with families in mind, several schools, shops and amenities are all easily accessible by bike paths, green spaces, and walking trails throughout the community.

• Full-time (up to 1.0 FTE)
• Full-scope outpatient pediatric care at Reed's Crossing, with well-baby & newborn rounding at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (mornings)
• Weekend call is 1 : 9 and weekday evening call averages once every 2 weeks
• Recently increased 2-year base guarantee for experienced physicians, plus quality incentives, signing bonus, and relocation assistance available

Providence Health Center - Reed's Crossing is a 118,000 square foot clinic and wellness center in Hillsboro, Oregon, that features Primary Care, Women's Health, Dermatology, Urgent Care, Imaging and Physical Therapy services. It is part of a large 463-acre development site designed to facilitate connection, convenience, and active and healthy lifestyles by providing those that work and live in the community with bike paths, trails, parks, community gardens and access to high quality health care.
