Schedule : 6 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM, call as needed including weekends
Job Setting : Hospital-based, 13 OR rooms
Types of Cases : General Anesthesia with OB (includes TOLAC), healthy peds, Conscious Sedation

Minimum Requirements

Board Certified

Licensure : Active Iowa license required or active IMLC with LOQ in hand
