Enterprise Program Manager

A company is looking for an Enterprise Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure consistent communication and adherence to customer and company standards

Manage billing, documentation, tracking, and correspondence to customers accurately and on-time

Act as a primary point of contact for customers and lead the accumulation of KPIs during Quarterly Business Reviews

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in project management of AV, Digital Signage, Unified Communications, or Building Technology projects

Experience leading a team

Ability to interpret engineering schematics and communicate design intent

PMP Certification preferred

Industry certifications such as CTS AVIXA or ITIL are a plus
