Water / Wastewater Superintendent

Job Description

Manage water and wastewater construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines and budgets. Oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges and develop solutions. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work. Maintain detailed records of project activities, changes, and updates. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals and maintain high performance standards.
