Role Overview : The Marketing Specialist II is responsible for translating the company's marketing objectives into creative strategies, programs, and designs to advance the company's brands through social media channels, website, and graphic arts, including developing and executing integrated communication plans including ownership of the social channels and design of the Nachurs Alpine Solutions website. This position will write, design, pitch, propose, and implement creative projects to highlight the internal culture, company values, and communications objectives.
A Sample of What You'll Do in this Role :
- Maintain and monitor social media and stay informed on the latest social and industry trends.
- Build social media presence and manage social media advertising campaigns that drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.
- Develop ongoing social media strategy and communicate with our online audience when there is engagement on posts and direct messaging.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers on territory-targeted marketing strategies.
- Report on social media analytics and employ strategies to increase presence.
- Own development and maintenance of company websites.
- Report on website analytics and drive strategies to improve web clicks and brand awareness.
- Provide graphic arts support and backup.
- Work as backup to coordinate the collection of assets and media files from Sales team for marketing purposes.
What You Bring to The Role :
Knowledge of current and emerging social media trends across multiple social platforms.Ability to engage and grow audiences.Deep working knowledge of creative marketing strategies.Ability to design and maintain websites.Strong ability to organize and prioritize work to meet concurrent deadlines.Ability to work with and enhance corporate branding standards.Skills in the MS Office Suite and Adobe programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro, and website creation / management software (such as Without Code).Experience in the agriculture business a plus.Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or similar field.What Makes You a Great Fit :

Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
