Job descriptionAct as the primary sales agent, writing personal lines (home and auto) policies for clients of the parent company. Handle multifaceted responsibilities typical of a startup environment; "wear multiple hats." Establish initial sales processes and workflows. 5+ years in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry. Strong background in personal lines (home & auto). Knowledge of commercial lines is a significant plus, as the parent company's ventures may lead to commercial insurance needs in the future. Must have hands-on experience with EZLynx. A college degree is preferred. Base salary in the 60k - 85k / year range Commission structure to be determined 401k with match Benefits package that includes employer paid medical coverage for employee.
