Job descriptionGreet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist customers with questions about services, pricing, and maintenance needs. Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely communication with the team and customers. Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate records. Support the team with daily shop operations as needed. Customer-Focused : You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Multitasker : You can handle a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team Player : You work well with others and contribute to a positive workplace. Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required-we're willing to train the right person! Excellent Pay with performance-based bonuses.
