Position Highlights :
- Balanced schedule : 3 clinic days / week, dedicated OR block time, and just one 24-hour hospitalist shift per month
- Collaborative environment : Busy, well-managed L&D supported by midwife services and strong resident involvement.
- Opportunities for specialization : High demand for GYN-only, MIGS, or UroGyn up to 2-3 days of OR block time available.
- Academic engagement : Teach and mentor residents, participate in committees, and pursue leadership roles such as Associate Program Director, Vice Chair, or Clerkship Director.
