Lead Counselor Supervisor

BayMark Health Services is seeking a dedicated Lead Counselor Supervisor to join our team in advancing our mission of providing exceptional care to those battling addiction. This leadership position encompasses supervising counseling staff and facilitating innovative therapy programs aimed at treating opioid use disorder and other substance abuse issues. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, strategic, and effective leader, capable of promoting an empathetic and holistic approach to recovery. Oversee the daily operations of counseling services and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to the counseling team. Develop and implement training programs for continuous staff development. Ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans and modify them as necessary. Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching. Coordinate with other healthcare providers to enhance integrated care. Assist in the development of policies and procedures that improve service delivery and patient outcomes. Exceptional leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced knowledge of addiction treatment and behavioral health. Proficiency in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
