Qualifications for Federal Construction Project Manager :

Demonstrated success in managing large scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on Government, Military and Municipal ventures

7+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and Preconstruction experience is a plus

Responsible for proactively managing quality control standards and ensuring safety of project and adherence to safety protocols

Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity

Ground up / complex project experience a plus for full life cycle

Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs, specifically with Project Management / Financial Tools and Sage 300 Integration

Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures, Procore Competency and experience a plus

Government, Municipal, Military, and industrial construction experience is all preferred!
