Backend Developer (Alameda)

Youll help shape the backbone of a high-growth startup environment designing, building, and scaling core services that deliver exceptional user experiences across web and mobile products.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Lead the design, development, and scaling of core backend services using TypeScript and Python .
• Architect performant, secure, and reliable systems to support rapid business growth.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend teams to deliver seamless, data-driven user experiences.
• Build systems that leverage machine learning and AI-assisted capabilities to enhance functionality and customer insights.
• Drive best practices for performance tuning, observability, and CI / CD automation.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Develop and optimize backend pipelines for real-time processing, analytics, and integrations.
