Job Summary :We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist with a specialization in neurological assessments and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) testing. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough psychological evaluations, develop diagnostic impressions, and provide detailed reports. They will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, including cognitive, behavioral, and emotional evaluations, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnosis.Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological tests, neuropsychological batteries, and ASD-specific diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R).Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide feedback and explain assessment results.Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings, with recommendations for therapeutic interventions, educational strategies, and support services.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client evaluations, assessments, and treatment plans.Participate in case conferences and contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to client care.Stay current on advancements in neuropsychology, ASD research, and testing methodologies.Offer consultation and training to other professionals and staff members regarding ASD diagnosis and related neurodevelopmental disorders.Qualifications :Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology, Neuropsychology, or a related field.Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist in [State / Region].Minimum of [X] years of experience in conducting neuropsychological assessments, particularly with children and adolescents.Expertise in diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) using recognized diagnostic tools (e.g., ADOS-2, ADI-R).Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders, cognitive functioning, and psychological testing procedures.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Preferred Qualifications :Experience working in a clinical setting specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.Certification or additional training in neuropsychological assessment and ASD-specific diagnostic tools.Experience providing feedback and recommendations to families, schools, and other professionals.Benefits :Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and continuing educationSupportive and collaborative work environmentHow to Apply :Please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant certifications to [Email Address] or apply online at [Website].
