The Senior Analyst, Plan Sponsor will be responsible for functioning as an Account Management and Plan Sponsor Support for down-market cases (1,000 life). Key responsibilities include researching and resolving eligibility and claims inquiries for an assigned book of business, consulting with internal / external customers to identify accurate information to meet customer's expectations, and managing renewal and annual enrollments for assigned block of business. The role requires effective multitasking in a fast-paced, flexible, and adaptable environment, adherence to designated procedures, maintenance of production levels and quality goals, efficient processing of new and changing information, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and strong customer service skills are essential.

Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience in account management or in a plan sponsor services support capacity. Must possess or obtain Health Insurance License for resident state within 90 days of hire. Demonstrates effective keyboard skills; able to navigate within a computer based, multi-systems dependent environment without assistance; knowledgeable in Microsoft products.

Preferred qualifications include strong customer service; effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Education : High School Diploma or GED.

Anticipated weekly hours : 40. Time type : Full time. Pay range : $46,988.00 - $122,400.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
