This position plays a critical role in managing multiple large-scale structural steel projects from start to finish. By overseeing planning, coordination, and execution, youll ensure complex builds are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
🎯 Key Responsibilities :
- Manage 25 structural steel projects at a time, depending on scope and complexity
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for job sites, maintaining early and proactive communication
- Collaborate with operations, construction, and cross-functional teams to meet client needs
- Drive workflow efficiency and resolve challenges that arise in real time
