Reporting to the VP, Global Engineering Supply Chain, this role goes beyond project oversight. You'll embed world-class program management, steer major capital investments, and ensure our supply chain delivers speed, resilience, and sustainable value worldwide.

The Role

Executive Leadership & Strategic Governance

• Lead and grow a global PMO team driving strategic, transformational, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Define and evolve scalable PMO frameworks that enable disciplined, high-impact execution.
• Partner with senior executives to shape investment strategy and align programs across global business units.
